For many years her 'Tapestry' album from 1971 was the number 1 selling female album. Such brilliant writing, and she was so funny in her cameo appearances on 'Gilmore Girls' years later

loved all of those groups and singers and didn't know she wrote lyrics for some of them!

Saw her with James Taylor in concert in Kansas City late last year. Like all of the other things that improve with age, she has become incredible to watch and to hear.

She wrote so many songs we all loved, most people never realized how many hits from other artists were her songs. A true Queen of music.
